Benefit Limitations for Part-Time Employees:
- Health benefits are offered to employees as required by law
- Safe Deposit Box benefit not offered to Part-Time employees
- PTO: Part-Time employees working 20 hours or more will receive one half of full-time hours.
- 401(k) offered after one year of service and 1,000 hours worked
- Per CU policy (#202), "employees scheduled to work less than 20 hours per week are not eligible for employee benefits."
