New Statement Look!  You Asked, We Listened… 

CU Hawaii’s membership and credit card statements will have a new look! The layout of your statements will change to more clearly display your account history, transactions, fees, payments and due dates.  We hope that you find your account statements more esthetically pleasing and easier to understand. We have also truncated your account numbers that are displayed on your statements to further protect your account information from potential fraud and unauthorized activity.

CU Hawaii is “Going Green"

In an effort to “Go Green”, CU Hawaii’s future quarterly newsletters will only be provided on our website at www.cuhawaii.com and no longer mailed to membership.  This decision is not only better for the environment, it also saves the credit union thousands of dollars a year! This cost savings can be passed down to membership in the form of lower loan rates, lower fees, higher dividends on deposits and free services.

CU Hawaii will be notifying membership via e-mail when quarterly newsletters are available. Please be sure that we have your current e-mail address on file, as we utilize both member emails and newsletters to relay important member notices and promotional specials.

Another way you can help the environment is by switching your monthly paper statements to eStatements.  Doing so reduces paper waste and also prevents your personal account information from being lost or stolen in the mail.
