This morning, we became aware of an issue involving CU Hawaii’s debit and credit cards. While you had the ability to use your card to make purchases, they may have been limited. 

Upon review, we determined that this issue occurred from Thursday 6:55pm HST to Friday 8:59am HST, but has since been resolved. The cause of this incident is being actively investigated to ensure appropriate measures are taken to prevent this from occurring again.
